You will need a good email program that will be used to receive communications from Trendsetter's W@H, Arise™, and the Client. These emails will keep you informed of important updates involving the Client and the Client applications, your progress in meeting the Client requirements, and contacts from your Quality Assessor Performance Facilitor (QA-PF). The number of emails is large, so an email especially for your Customer Service Professional (CSP) communications is suggested. |
Computer SecurityYour computer must have a reliable anti-virus program installed. Microsoft Security Essentials is the anti-virus program of choice for servicing any Arise™ client at this time. Other security programs may be incompatible with Client applications, and if installed, the CSP may be denied technical support when needed. If needed, when you completed your enrollment, visit Arise™ Technical Support for assistance with installation on your servicing computer. You are responsible for maintaining the security and reliability of your Home Office equipment, however, if you need assistance, please contact us or Technical Support. Please be aware that the following items are considered a security risks to the Arise™ network, and if detected, may subject your Home Business to suspension or termination of your contract.
As an Independent Contractor working with Trendsetter's W@H, you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement that will document your agreement to hold specific information about Trendsetter's W@H, Arise™, the Client and the Client applications, processes, and customer related information in confidence. This form can be downloaded and signed on the Important Forms section of the website. Please read our Privacy Policy documenting Trendsetter's W@H agreement to hold your "personally identifiable" information in confidence. |

The should be directly connect from a wall to telephone outlet. Softphone and cell phones are not permitted. The telephone should not interface at any point with the computer. The servicing telephone line should not include features such as voicemail, fax, caller id, etc. AccessoriesYou will also need the items shown, i.e. a USB Headset for training and a Call Center Phone and Headset for servicing for servicing the client. These items are readily available at department stores and online and come in a wide range of prices. The items shown are intended to provide an idea of the equipment needed and is not an endorsement of particular brands. Keep in mind, however, that your ability to provide quality service is in a great measure dependent on the quality of your tools and equipment. |
